Headzone is an Australian brand of specially engineered helmets that use in-built waterproof receivers to coach the world’s next batch of water-sport stars. They wanted us to help them invigorate their brand, broaden their appeal to a wider audience and emphasise this cutting-edge technology. They already had a great product, they just needed a great way of bringing their brand to life, so we gave it to them.
Water sports are anything but boring! They’re dynamic, action-packed and slick. Using these characteristics as a starting point, we designed, developed and distributed an entirely new identity for the brand. By mixing clashing colours and using sharp, defined lines, we created a look and feel that sat between Disney’s Tron and urban cool. This was then rolled out across Headzone’s website, sales collateral, promotional material, catalogues and business cards.
